I have read the “Tunalar Group Data Transfer Clarification Text” and the “Explicit Consent Text” prepared by Biwatt, and I understand my legal rights. I am aware that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time and that, in such case, I may submit my request through one of the methods provided in the clarification text. In accordance with the definition of “Explicit Consent” set forth in Article 3/a of the KVKK; within the scope of the Tunalar Group Data Transfer process, I hereby give my explicit consent to the recording, storage, and processing of my personal data, including my identity data such as my name and surname, and my contact data such as my phone number and email address, for purposes of promotion, information, marketing, sales, advertising, campaigns, promotions, organizations, and events, as well as to ensure that I benefit from the products or services offered, discounts, and privileges. I also consent to the transfer of my personal data, limited to the purposes stated in the Clarification Text, to the Tunalar Group (Tunalar Otomotiv Tic. A.Ş., Tunalar Motorlu Araçlar Tic. A.Ş., M.N.B. Bilişim Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş., M.N.B. Yapı İnşaat ve Tic. A.Ş., Tunalar Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., MNB Travel Turizm A.Ş., Tunalar Durable Consumer Goods Tic. A.Ş., Tunalar Spare Parts Tic. A.Ş., Otomobilen Otomotiv Tic. A.Ş., Wattarya Energy Industry and Trade Inc.) and/or to natural or legal persons providing services to the Tunalar Group under confidentiality obligations, as well as, where necessary, to our business partners and suppliers under confidentiality agreements.
